About us

Randi is a professionally qualified life/personal and corporate coach, NLP Practitioner, Small Business and Youth Coach. She is a graduate protègè student from the Coaching Academy in London, Europe's largest and most experienced coach training school. Randi has a Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives UK.

She has worked in financial institutions, aviation and in sales and marketing. She has extensive international experience. Her background being both from Norway and New Zealand has given her a unique cross cultural perspective. Being born in Norway, growing up in New Zealand and living in Australia and the UK has given her the ability to understand and adapt to the challenges one faces in 'change' environments and in relocating individually and with a family. She takes an enthusiastic approach to coaching and is energetic, challenging and creative with her clients.
